Lorraine Lawson was born to sing! With two successful albums (If I Could and Quiet Nights), a brand new CD (Dare To Dream), and countless pop dance singles to her credit, Lawson’s music can be heard across Canada, the United States, Mexico and Asia.

Lawson’s voice is extremely versatile, singing all forms of contemporary music, pop, R&B, rock, musical theatre, jazz and classical. She has had the fortunate pleasure of sharing the stage with notable artists including Glass Tiger, Michael Burgess, Robert Pilon, Rik Emmett, Marc Jordan and Dan Hill. Lawson has sung in famous venues including Vancouver’s Commodore Club, The Calgary Stampede, Roy Thompson Hall, Air Canada Centre, and at the opening of both the Falls View Casino and the Ottawa International Airport.

In addition to performing across Canada, Lawson has sung in Europe, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and Japan’s famous New York Bar in Tokyo (which was featured in the movie Lost in Translation). Lawson’s career also includes countless private and corporate functions for companies/events including Canada’s Walk of Fame Gala, BMO, Keller Williams Ottawa, Deloitte and Touche, Wal-Mart, George Brown convocations, Canadian Armed Forces, Toronto International Film Festival, and many more.

She has appeared on numerous national television programs including Canada AM, Open Mike with Mike Bullard, and Popstars – The One, and her original songs have been featured on WB Network, Bravo, Showtime and CMT.

Whether Lawson is singing classic jazz standards, musical theatre, top 40 pop hits or her own original material, Lawson captivates international audiences of all ages.
