Performer Lorraine Lawson was born to sing! With 2 successful albums,” If I Could” & “Quiet Nights” and countless pop dance singles to her credit, Lorraine’s music can be heard across Canada, US, Mexico and Asia. She has appeared on several national television programs including Canada AM, Open Mike with Mike Bullard and as a vocal coach on Popstars “The One”. Her songs have been featured on such hit TV shows as Card Captors on WB, “Godiva’s” on Bravo, and “Queer as Folk” on Showtime and most recently on the sound track of “The L Word”. Lorraine has performed all over the world including, Europe, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Japan’s famous New York Bar in Tokyo as seen in the movie “Lost in Translation”. She has performed at an array of corporate and private functions including, Astra-Zeneca, BMO, Coke, Wal-Mart, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, the Canadian Armed Forces, the Brazilian Ball and the Toronto Mayor’s Ball just to name a few. Lorraine is a regular guest vocalist at the Air Canada Centre singing the National Anthems for both the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors. She has had the fortunate pleasure of working with such incredible artists as Glass Tiger, Michael Burgess, Robert Pilon, Rik Emmett, Elaine Overholt, Luke McMaster, Marc Jordan, Sara Paxton, and Dan Hill. Whether Lorraine is singing classic jazz standards, top 40 pop hits, or her own original songs, Lorraine Lawson captivates international audiences of all ages.
